Sarah began her management career with Merrill Lynch, having been nominated as the youngest Assistant Vice-President in Merrill Lynch’s history, at just 23 years old.   She also worked at Quaker Oats and held positions in the insurance industry.  A move to Wisconsin found her leading a team of radio sales people for two radio stations in Madison, Wisconsin.  In 1983, she teamed up with Chris Lytle to begin their, now 27-year partnership in the training industry.

In 2000, Sarah once again led the team to a sale of the company to a Nasdaq traded communications company and marshaled the forces to serve 62 markets, and 1400 salespeople.  Sales of $350 Million.

Sparque, Inc. is the newest launch (www.sparque.biz). Over the years, the partnership of Sarah McCann and Chris Lytle (whom she also married in 1984) has amassed product distribution in 39 countries and 5 languages. Sparque, Inc. is staged for continued development across the B2B sales training effort with a market of 16 million sales professionals.

Interestingly, Sarah also leads a double life as the cooking and entertaining personality, Zola Gorgon.  Zola writes a weekly column that reaches 800,000 worldwide on a weekly basis.  Her columns are entertaining, sensitive, topical and/or controversial.  It just depends what’s on Zola’s mind that week.  Each column also comes with an original recipe developed by Zola.  Zola’s column also reaches other readers through magazine publications. www.dinnerwithzola.com
