Sarah McCann acts as Chief Executive Officer at Sparque, Inc.

Sarah began her management career with Merrill Lynch, having been nominated as the youngest Assistant Vice-President in Merrill Lynch’s history, at just 23 years old.  She also worked at Quaker Oats and held positions in the insurance industry.  A move to Wisconsin found her leading a team of radio sales people for two radio stations in Madison, Wisconsin.  In 1983, she teamed up with Chris Lytle to begin their, now 27-year partnership in the training industry.  (continued here)

Amy Zagroba brings over 15 years of sales experience to Sparque. Her focus is new business development and marketing and PR in the Chicagoland area. Amy is also the leader of the Business Network Chicago monthly After Hours networking events and sits on the Board of Directors for the Suzuki-Orff School of Music. By night she’s out fighting crime in her super-charged golf cart. (we’re kidding about that part.)

Efrem brings a unique set of talents to the Sparque team. In the sales education and sales consulting realm, he has over seven years of online teaching, direct sales experience, and in-person sales force training under his belt.

He also brings over 14 years of certified IT project management skills to the table for Sparque.  He works out of his home office in Madison, Wisconsin and has helped sellers close over $20 million in new business in 2008–in a down economy!
